single room was the smallest I ever stayed in
The most valuable in this hotel is a location, just across from the beach. The stafff makes you feel like at home.
The room is very small and very uncomfortable. So is the bathroom.
Good location, clean rooms, better than comparable hotels in the area.
Perfect location one block from the beach, shops close by for anything you might need. If you need it KFC and Macdonalds are right across the road too. One of the main streets Bograshov is 1 min away where buses etc can be caught to all over the city. Lots of bars, restaurants within walking distance. Couldn't fault the hotel, I stayed for 4 days. If you want luxury pay for more, if you want cheap pay less but for $96 this was just right for me (male on my own) or for travellers on a relative budget looking for good accommodation. Add in breakfast served til 10.30 and then coffee/tea and cakes at 5pm those who complain must be expecting too much. I also booked a single room but was upgraded so a good impression from the moment I arrived.
The excellent location near the sea. Reasonably good attitude of the staff
The elevators are old and need updating
I liked the fact that it was so close to all the major spots I wanted to see, in easy walking distance.
So, where does one complain, cos i have a major complaint which is clouding my judgement of your hotel
A good mid-range hotel in an excellent location. The staff are friendly and it is not like the larger impersonal hotels. Rooms on the top floor are recommended as you get a good sea view.
The hotel has unsecured wifi. It can be inconsistent at times. They should try using a secure connection giving a password to hotel users. Otherwise external users can use the wifi and hijack the connection.
The breakfast and the beach location
The single room was tiny, the window minimal, the sprayed chemicals in the room which made it hard to breath, I desired non-smoke room but didn't get one. The room was simply a disappointment and didn't corresponded to my expecations
Great location near beach, right behind Mikes Place sports bar. I stayed in a double room on third floor which was great. Rooms were good and clean.
The breakfast was good, so was the location
The wireless internet connection was lousy, had to ask them to reset everytime. (sometimes the guy don't wanna reset ask me to go to lobby to use) Also they gave me a room with a lan port but the lan port was not connected. Parking very limited
The best thing I can come up with is the location to the beach and that's about it.
The single rooms are tiny and very very basic. I had to switch rooms because the first one reeked of cigarette smoke. I really doubt they have non-smoking rooms.
The staff was polite and problems were efficiently and politely dealt with.
Our room was not well cleaned. The floor wasn`t cleaned properly. There was rubbish under a chair and stains beside the bed.
Perfectly adequate hotel with good breakfast and tea / cake at 5pm. Very good location 1 block from beach. Parking included when available (always available when we needed it). Good price relative to others in Tel Aviv.
Rooms are small with furniture circa 1970s
The clerks were very helpful and accommodating, the lobby was nice and cozy. They had an evening social hour with light snacks and breakfast in the morning. The rooms facing the Mediterranean Sea had a picturesque view and I enjoyed watching the sun set. The shops and restaurants were in walking distance, I was able to walk around and nab a few last minute souvenirs before flying out the next day. You get true value based on the view and the proximity of shops, you can't get a better deal!
Small single room was a correct description. The room suited it's purpose, but it was small. The small single room is truly for those on a budget. Despite the size I still would recommend the hotel especially if you need a place to stay for 1-2 days and are on a budget.
Lovely design, and the location (just across the street from the main beach in Tel Aviv, with beach views, was wonderful. Excellent value. Friendly staff. Excellent wireless coverage and usability.
Breakfast choices somewhat limited compared to other hotels in area. Staff unfamiliar with local amenities (post office, restaurants, etc.) Facilities a bit worn.
